# Island Level and Worth Island Level and Worth are two statistics that every island has that helps to **determine its ranking** against other islands. By placing **valuable blocks and spawners**, players will increase their Island's Worth. The worth of blocks is determined by their /shop value. Island Levels use a different formula and **favour valuable blocks over spawners**. You can see all of the values inside the `/plugins/SuperiorSkyblock2/block-values` folder. {% hint style="danger" %} **Changing Shop values will NOT automatically update Island Level & Worth.** If you do change any shop values, it's important that you also change the Island Level & Worth in the directory above.
